How do I get a quote? The fastest way is to email us your CAD files (.STEP, .DXF, or .DWG) or a detailed sketch with dimensions. Please include material type, quantity, and any required finishing.
2. Technical Capabilities

What are your standard tolerances? Unless otherwise specified, we typically hold tolerances to $\pm 0.005$ inches for CNC machining and $\pm 0.015$ to $\pm 0.030$ inches for general fabrication and laser cutting.

Can you work from a physical part instead of a drawing? Yes! We offer reverse engineering services where we measure your existing part and create the necessary digital files for production.

What finishing options do you offer? We provide a variety of finishes including powder coating, anodizing, sandblasting, and professional polishing.
3. Shipping & Lead Times

What is your typical lead time? Standard lead times are [10–15] business days, but this varies based on material availability and current shop capacity. Expedited "Rush" service is available for an additional fee.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship nationwide and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the final crated product.
4. Policies & Payments

Can I provide my own material? Generally, yes. However, the material must be clean, flat, and accompanied by a Material Test Report (MTR) if the project requires certified structural integrity.

What are your payment terms? For new customers and custom projects, we require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the balance due upon completion or shipment.
